OneMobile (operated by The One Network Private Limited) collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and account credentials when you sign up for our services. We also collect usage data including call records, data usage, SMS logs, and device information necessary to provide our telecommunications services.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; send promotional communications (with your consent); respond to comments and questions; and comply with legal obligations under Australian telecommunications law, including the Telecommunications Act 1997 and the Privacy Act 1988.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who assist in our operations (including Telstra Wholesale for network services), when required by law, or with your consent. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and Australian privacy law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 data encryption at rest, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call records and usage data are retained for 7 years as required by Australian telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements.
